Flow Pack-FFS

Flow Pack-FFS

Process

.

The typical FFS machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of plastic film, which has had labeling and artwork applied to the exterior or interior of the film. The packed product is loaded from top using a feeding system. Many food filled packages are filled with nitrogen to extend shelf life. Food manufacturers are often looking for ways to improve their geographical reach or otherwise extending the shelf life of their product without the use of chemicals. Nitrogen filling is a natural means of extending shelf life with the aid of a packaging film with suitable barrier level.

Products

  • Vacuum Pouches

Vacuum packaging reduces atmospheric oxygen, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria or fungi, and preventing the evaporation of volatile components.

  • Thermoforming Film

Thermoformed packaging refers to a type of retail packaging that uses thermoforming technology. This process melts a special type of plastic into liquid form and then freezes it to a brittle, almost glass-like state.

  • Dairy Products

CONVIPACK offers a comprehensive range of packaging materials for Dairy products. Our packaging solutions including vacuum and MAP are best-suited not only for storage and distribution but also for maturing.
